  2. You send read-only access to your accounting system and last year's statements, 48 hours before we meet.
  3. We walk down a sample of your balance sheet accounts against support. This is the preparation most firms skip.
  4. We meet for ninety minutes. Specific findings, plain English, your numbers on the screen. You keep the notes.
